President Muhammadu Buhari has felicitated with the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman, Chief John Odigie Oyegun, as he marked his 77th birthday on August 12.
Buhari joined Oyegun’s family, friends and admirers in celebrating another year of good health and strength for a man who has shown uncommon dedication to the peace, progress, stability and development of Nigeria.
The President, in a statement by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, commended his patriotism, hardwork and leadership in managing the affairs of the governing party through the period and in the aftermath of the historic 2015 elections.
He affirmed that Chief Oyegun’s dedication to noble causes and democratic ideals has endeared him to many Nigerians who will continue to draw inspiration from his legacies to offer their best for the country.
President Buhari prayed that God Almighty will grant him many more years of happiness and good health to see a better and prosperous Nigeria.
